We viewed your suggestions and are completely redesigning this site and hope to be up and running by Fall 2008.

It is taking longer than expected but we are designing with more features, complexity & security internally - but simplified for users.

Originally, we were going to have simple selections by price range and location to View Homes for Sale.
Per viewer suggestions, we are in process of modifying to include additional input choice such as number of bedrooms and baths, garage size, square footage, floors and specialty requirements such as RV access or horse property.

We are also considering direct upload from member Realtor's with an amazingly low annual membership fee and all displays remain posted until unit is sold (rules apply). We may offer special discount pricing for first 50 paid memberships when we officially open.  Details are yet to be decided.

We welcome suggestions and will take them into consideration, although we may not be able to accommodate all suggestions, depending on technical and legal issues.

After reaching a desirable level of site structure, we will implement marketing strategy including methods of increasing page hits from search engines so that homes displayed will receive greater viewing. We want potential buyers to have a large selection of choice to find the desired home AND we want the seller to be able to display with increased volume of potential buyer viewing.
